Booking Policy

Booking Procedure:

Reservations: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system at www.swetsuites.com. Members will have a choice of booking any suite of choice. Swet+ members are allowed up to one 60 minute session daily, Monday through Sunday. Swet+ members booking more than one 60 minute session daily will be charged an $8 fee per additional booked session.
Booking Calendar: The booking calendar opens up 48 hours at a time. All members and pass holders are allowed to book any session up to 48 hours in advance.
Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment, booking confirmation or, if applicable, upon confirmation of membership status.

Session Cancellation:

Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the session start time for Swet+ members. Any session(s) booked using Swet Pack credits are NOT eligible for cancellation.
Swet Pass: Any session(s) booked using a Swet Pass are NOT eligible for cancellation.

Swet+ No Show Policy:

Canceling a booked session is FREE. Rescheduling a booked session is FREE. A no show fee of $6.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for not attending a booked session. No show fees are charged per booked session. All unattended booked sessions are subject to a $6.00 no show fee. Arriving to a booked session 45 minutes late or more is considered a no show.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling Notice: Rescheduling can be done through our online website up to 30 minutes prior to session start. The rescheduling window will close after the 30 minute period. Session(s) booked using a Swet Pass or Swet Pack credits are NOT eligible for rescheduling.
Limitations: Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during peak times. A booked session can only be rescheduled once for the same day. Rescheduling a booked session more than once for the same day will forfeit your booking for that day.

Membership and Passes:

Swet Packs: A Swet Pack consists of 3 credits. If you hold a Swet Pack, a credit will be deducted upon booking. This booked session can not be canceled, nor rescheduled. Swet Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused Swet Pack credits will expire 60 days after purchase.
Membership: Swet+ members are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies.
Swet Pass: A session must be booked at the time of purchase of a daily pass. This booked session can not be canceled, nor rescheduled.

Modifications and Cancellations by Facility:

Session Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a credit, if applicable.
